CHICK-IT-OUT BABY CHICKS AT THE LIBRARY!

The Miller Branch Library has been hatching eggs in an incubator on loan from Stony Creek Metropark Nature Center. Children of all ages and their families are invited to join us as we say goodbye to the chicks on Thursday, October 14, at 6:00 pm. A Nature Center interpreter will talk a little more about chick hatching and development before we send the chicks back to the farm. Stop in at any time before October 14 to see how the egg hatching is progressing.

All ages. Weather permitting this program will be held outside. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating. Registration is requested; please call 586-751-5377 or use the library program calendar at warrenlibrary.net to register.

The Miller Branch Library is located at 5460 Arden in the Warren Community Center (between 14 Mile and Chicago, west of Mound). For more information, call (586) 751-5377.
