Chances are, you probably have driven past Malone’s Tavern on Van Dyke just south of 14 Mile. If you’ve stopped by, then you know that inside you will find delicious food and great drinks, in a comfortable atmosphere. Malone’s Tavern first opened its doors in 2002. The tavern prides itself on homemade dishes, with menu items ranging from Irish classics like Shepherd’s Pie and Bangers & Mash, to house specialties like the Clover Sandwich and Baby Back Ribs. From appetizers to dinner entrees, Malone’s has a variety of menu items, and every item we have tried has been amazing. However, the menu item that tops them all is Malone’s Square Deep Dish Pizza. Some might even argue that it’s the best in town.
Malone’s is open daily and offers great specials throughout the week. On Mondays at 5 p.m., enjoy 50% off pizza. If you visit after playing 18 holes of golf, you can receive 15% off your entire bill with a golf receipt from that day. They also have food and drink specials during most games, a daily happy hour, and a beer of the month at a great price for the entire month. Plus, frequent diners can sign up for Malone’s Rewards Program, where they will earn 5% back in rewards on every purchase.
Malone’s Tavern is located at 32350 Van Dyke in Warren. They are open Monday – Saturday from 10:30 am – 2:00 am and Sunday from 12:00 pm – 12:00 am. Their kitchen is open late daily, with food served until midnight Monday through Thursday, 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 p.m. on Sunday.
