A Step Back in Time Vintage is a unique store located on Mound Road between Chicago Road and 14 Mile. When driving north on Mound, you may have noticed a sign for antiques on the right-hand side of the road. That is where you will find this business of the week. The store specializes in antiques, ranging from teapots to furniture. They also revamp antique furniture, giving it a fresh look with paint, new hardware, and some unique touches. Most of the furniture renovations are made using Junk Monkey Chalk paint, which the shop also sells in case you have a DIY project in mind.
