Malone’s Tavern in Warren is raising money for childhood cancer. Malone’s, on Van Dyke south of 14 Mile Road, is hosting a fundraiser, “Shave for the Brave,” Saturday, May 19 at 3 p.m. Participants are invited to have their head shaved in exchange for monetary donations from family and friends. The event is in honor of Joey Gangola, a De La Salle High School student who lost his battle with cancer.
