The United States Filipinos For Good Governance, together with the city of Warren, presents the 2019 Asian Rice Festival. On Saturday, August 3, from 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., at Warren City Hall. This free event will have arts, crafts and plenty of delicious food! There will be entertainment all day for everyone to enjoy.
