Tweens and teens are invited to enjoy a cozy evening at the Miller Branch Library, on Tuesday, December 13, at 6:30 pm. They will be able to take over the teen area to play board games, have a cup of hot chocolate, and even paint a few stones to make a personalized snowman tic tac toe game.
