This June, the cities of Warren and Center Line will team up for the first ever Cruisin’ 53. The car cruise and show will take place on Saturday, June 8th. Classic cars and other unique automobiles will gather on Van Dyke between 8 Mile and 14 Mile.
The headquarters for Cruisin’ 53 will be at 10 Mile and Van Dyke, at City Center Plaza in Center Line. There, you will find a car show, live music, and great food. There will also be two main checkpoints along the cruise route, one at Warren City Square (north of 12 Mile) and one at the Burnette Branch Library (south of 9 Mile). At the checkpoints, there will be family activities, music, food trucks, and more.
Cruisin’ 53 kicks off at 10 a.m. on June 8th and the fun lasts all day long, leading up to the Center Line Independence Festival Fireworks at dusk.
