Warren Civic Theatre will perform its first production since the pandemic at the end of July! Rehearsals for Disney’s Frozen Jr. were underway when covid-19 surfaced, so the team had to delay the production. Now that cases have gone down and things have begun to reopen, the group has resumed rehearsals and looks forward to presenting a new covid conscious version of the show. The play will take place outdoors at Warren City Square on Saturday, July 31st. There are two performances scheduled, one at 2 p.m. and the other at 4:30 p.m. Patrons can bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on, and seating will be divided up accordingly. The front section of the square will be reserved for those on blankets. Audience members with short lawn chairs (12″ tall and shorter) will be seated in the next section. Then, those with taller chairs will be seated in the section furthest from the stage. This will allow for everyone in the audience to have a great view of the show. Gates will open 30 minutes prior to showtime so you will have plenty of time to get your seats set up. If there is inclement weather on July 31st, a rain date will be announced.
Tickets for Warren Civic Theatre’s presentation of Disney’s Frozen Jr. are $5 + $1 service fee and can be purchased online at WarrenCivic.org.
