The special bond between grandparents and their grandkids is almost magical – so why not take a day and celebrate that treasured relationship? The Warren Parks & Recreation Department invites all kids and grandparents to come together for National Grandparent’s Day on Sunday, September 12, 2021, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Warren City Square in front of City Hall.
The outdoor family affair features a host of fun activities for both generations – including games for grandparents to teach their grandkids, and vice versa
While there, don’t forget to check out the local vendors (9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.) for farm-fresh produce, creative food, craft items, unique specialty products, and food trucks.
Grandparents Day is observed nationally in September, on the first Sunday after Labor Day.
