Over the last several weeks, while restaurants have been closed for dine-in service, customers who were craving a dish from their favorite restaurant have had to order takeout. Although this is a wonderful option, wouldn’t it be great if you also knew how to make that dish at home? That is exactly what Andiamo Italia is offering with their virtual cooking class! On Saturday, January 23rd, Andiamo will be offering a Virtual Osso Bucco alla Milanese Night. Andiamo Executive Chef Jim Oppat will teach you how to cook an Andiamo signature dish right in your own kitchen. For this particular class, the chef will teach you how to properly season and sear meat, create a perfect braising sauce, learn the classical braising method, craft a traditional Italian risotto alla Milanese with saffron, and prepare a gremolata to compliment the dish.
The cost for Virtual Osso Bucco alla Milanese Night is $150. This includes the ingredients for all of the dishes (with enough to serve four) and the guided cooking class. There are also additional items that you can add on to the package, such as fill-your-own cannoli shells with cannoli crème filling and almond-pistachio crust, bake your own traditional almond biscotti, craft cocktails, wine, and more. Not only will you have a great meal, but it will be a fun night in as well!
Andiamo’s virtual class takes place at 5:30 PM on Saturday, January 23rd. To register online and for more information, visit: https://andiamoitalia.com/virtualmasterclass/
