The Arthur Miller Branch of the Warren Public Library is happy to announce the start of a new literacy program for the youngest of readers. Following the Library of Michigan’s “Ready to Read” program, Raising Readers will focus on the concepts of Talk, Sing, Read, Write, and Play.

Each month the Miller Library will offer a take-home kit with a board book, finger puppet, egg shaker, scarf, and various songs, rhymes, and a simple craft all focused on a different theme. The theme for the Raising Readers kits for February is Colors.

For ages 0-2. Supplies are limited; registration is required. Please register online at warrenlibrary.net or call the branch at 586-751-5377.

The Miller Branch Library is located at 5460 Arden in the Warren Community Center (between 14 Mile and Chicago, west of Mound). For more information, call (586) 751-5377.
