Tweens and teens can try their hand at painting a watercolor design without paint at the Miller Branch Library on Tuesday, November 9, at 6:30 pm. They will learn how to use color bleeding tissue paper and water to create a work of art almost mess-free.

Covid conditions permitting, this will be held in the Warren Community Center’s Cafe next door to the Miller Library. Masks are required indoors in all City of Warren Buildings.
