Warren & Center Line Holiday Lights on Wheels Parade

Although many of us won’t be attending our normal holiday parties, and getting together with family and friends, some Warren residents wanted to ensure there will still be joy throughout our city during the season. So, they have organized the Warren & Center Line Holiday Lights on Wheels Parade. This parade will bring holiday spirit to both cities, while keeping residents safe and allowing for social distancing.

The Lights on Wheels Parade will be a parade of vehicles decorated and covered in lights. The parade will take place on the evening of Tuesday, December 22nd beginning at 7 p.m. The parade route will go throughout the cities of Warren and Center Line, as shown on a map below.

Residents of both cities are invited to participate in the parade. Even the Warren and Center Line Fire Departments are participating in the parade! The Warren and Center Line Police Departments will be assisting with the parade too. If you would like to be part of the parade, just decorate your vehicle and meet at Macomb Community College South Campus at 5:30 p.m. on December 22nd. Staging for the parade will take place in Lot 2, which is only accessible from Bunert.

For those that would like to observe the parade, gather anywhere along the parade route listed below. Please be sure to remain safe by wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. The parade will depart from Macomb Community College at 7 p.m. and will start off by heading west on 12 Mile. See the rest of the route on the map below.
