Warren Seed Library

The Warren Public Library wants to help you grow a beautiful garden this summer! Library patrons are invited to “check out” seeds from the Warren Civic Center Library, or the Maybelle Burnette Branch Library. The seeds are located in the Seed Library nook. You can plant the seeds at home or in a community garden. After you’ve enjoyed the blooms, you’re asked to harvest some seeds from a plant or two that you grow. Then return these harvested seeds to the library to share with others! The more seeds that are returned, the more people who benefit. Worried that you might not have a green thumb? No problem! You can also donate new, purchased packets that the library can add to its collection.

Do you want more information about seeds, plants, and gardening? The library has books on all of those topics and more. Stop by a Warren library today!
